A facility used for the storage and/or disposal of hazardous wastes. CCF is derived from
Marshall & Swift data. SCF is based on data from FAC 8331.
Storage Or Disposal
An enclised structure, generally made of concrete, that contains utility equipment,
connections, or lines. CCF is derived from USACE data. SCF is derived from the DoD
developed template data from FAC 8910.
A structure from which trucks or rail cars can be loaded or unloaded by moving the load
directly to or from the bed. CCF is derived from Marshall & Swift data. SCF is derived
from RS Means data.
Miscellaneous utility facilities and systems that are not included in another Facility Analysis
Category. These facilities will be treated as having a Unit of Measure of each. CCF is
derived from USACE and Marshall & Swift data. SCF is derived from RS Means,
Whitestone and other data sources.
Distribution pipes for the transfer of oxygen, nitrogen, carbon dioxide, compressed air and
other non-heating gasses. CCF is derived from Marshall & Swift data. SCF is derived from

A walk-thru tunnel that contains various utility lines and that allows these lines to be
accessed for maintenance. CCF is derived from Marshall & Swift data. SCF is derived from

Miscellaneous liquid storage and holding tanks and basins, that are not included in another
Facility Analysis Category. CCF is derived from USACE data. SCF is derived from RS
