Using This Chapter
This chapter provides guidance for programming individ-
ual Community Activity Centers, identified in the Commu-
nity Framework planning discussed in Chapter 3. It dis-
cusses the considerations involved in their detailed
programming, including the type and numbers of popula-
tion served, location, functions included, building organi-
zation and size.
The material in this chapter, together with local post data
