Installation population is defined as military strength and their
dependents. Only those dependents 6 years old and older
should be included when determining the number of chapel
seats authorized. Minor dependents (under 6 years old) may
be included for the purpose of determining authorized space
for religious educational facilities. Civilian personnel may be
included when they are dependent on the installation for
religious support.
