Generally this term implies manual loading and unloading of the

Economic Analysis (EA). A cost benefit analysis done to identify
the relative cost-effectiveness of delivering healthcare to a
projected beneficiary population under different MTF sizing
scenarios. PL 97-337 (15 October 1982), amending Section 1087 of
Title 10, U.S.C., requires an Economic Analysis be done to
determine the space to be programmed in MTFs for military
retirees and their dependents.

arranged for automatic or manual connection to the alternate
power source and which serves primarily three phase power
equipment.
