(6) Survey of Existing Suitable Facilities. In this example, no space requirements can be sub-
tracted since there are no existing facilities within eight-minutes walking distance that are suitable.
(7) Academic Space Requirements. By multiplying the number of spaces required for each space
type times the NASF space allocated in Chapter 4, para 4-3, the total academic space required is
determined as shown in Table 6-5.
