ensure the construction document package includes Unified Facilities Guide
Specification (UFGS)-15050N, Basic Mechanical Material and Methods, paragraph
1.3.5.1 that defines the relationship between IPC terms and the contract language, and
paragraph 1.3.5.2 that requires the Contracting Officer to interpret the administrative
requirements under the contract.
