Headquarters, illuminate all working areas for night
operations to the minimum intensity recommended in Table 4 of
API RP 540. For facilities within the jurisdiction of the U.
S. Coast Guard under 33 CFR Part 154, illuminate to the
minimum intensity required by that regulation. Provide
security lighting in accordance with MIL-HDBK-1013/1A for the
Navy, Corps TM 5-811-1 for the Army, and AFMAN 32-1080 and
AFOSH Standard 91-38 for the Air Force. If local or state
regulations exist, follow the most stringent requirements.
