productivity factors for level of protection.
30% design stage and after in lieu of using a flat rate
overhead percentage.
24. For HTRW projects, include costs for all
specification Division I Health and Safety
25. Include all applicable costs for permits, licenses,
requirements and personnel, and itemize prime
taxes, and fees.
