Construction Cost Factor (CCF)
,037.45/FP, based upon data provided by USACE Engineering & Support Center,
Huntsville. FAC is composed of multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17804,
17805, and 17806. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17804 represents 56% of the total, cc17805
represents 18%, and cc17806 represents 26% of the total. Values for individual ranges at the category code
level were developed and weighted in accordance with the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
1.26/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC
8712 Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was
based upon Army catcodes 17804, 17805, and 17806. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17804 represents
56% of the total, cc17805 represents 18%, and cc17806 represents 26% of the total. Values for individual
ranges at the category code level were developed and weighted in accordance with the above percentages.
