FAC is composed of multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17807 and 17808. Per
the Army's inventory, catcode 17807 represents 80% of the total and cc17808 represents 20% of the total.
Values for individual ranges at the category code level were developed and weighted in accordance with
the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
.62/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC 8712
Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was based
upon Army catcodes 17807 and 17808. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17807 represents 80% of the
