Construction Cost Factor (CCF)
,929.77/FP, based upon data provided by USACE Engineering & Support Center, Huntsville.
FAC is composed of multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17821 and 17822/23.
Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17821 represents 88% of the total and cc17822/23 represents 12% of the
total. Values for individual ranges at the category code level were developed and weighted in accordance
with the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
7.68/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC
8712 Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was
based upon Army catcodes 17821 and 17822/23. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17821 represents 88%
of the total and cc17822/23 represents 12% of the total. Values for individual ranges at the category code
level were developed and weighted in accordance with the above percentages.
