Construction Cost Factor (CCF)
,546,587.35/FP, based upon data provided by USACE Engineering & Support Center,
Huntsville. FAC is composed of multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17844 and
17845. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17844 represents 82% of the total and cc17845 represents 18%
of the total. Values for individual ranges at the category code level were developed and weighted in
accordance with the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
,913.23/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC
8712 Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was
based upon Army catcodes 17844 and 17845. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17844 represents 82% of
the total and cc17845 represents 18% of the total. Values for individual ranges at the category code level
were developed and weighted in accordance with the above percentages.
