f. Storm Sewer System. This subfactor is considered the most important subfactor due to the desire to
maintain a gravity storm sewer system. Consideration shall be given to the placement of storm sewer
mains, provisions for cleaning, and to the inclusion of a retention pond if required by the site development.
Included in this subfactor is the evaluation of actual materials proposed for installation.
