inventory of category codes in this FAC.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)

.72/SF, using the Whitestone MARS for FAC 7110 and a component list derived from the DoD
typical inventory size of 4,334 SF. This is an adjustment from previous years where the SCF was driven
solely by MARS. An analysis of the inventory within this FAC shows that 97% is family/maid quarters.
As such, the SCF for this FAC should not exceed the value for FAC 7110.
