exterior walls; this also may be considered as an optional bid item]. Exposed structure shall be
painted.

2-2.4.1
Waste Oil Storage Tank(s). Provide one above-ground [underground] [___] liter
capacity waste engine oil storage tank per each wing of Repair Bays. Tank shall be constructed
of non-corrosive material. Provide secondary containment in compliance with [applicable state
environmental regulations]. Tank fill shall be accessible by workers, using mobile waste oil
