Huntsville. FAC is composed of a multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17995,
17996 and 17997. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17995 represents 22% of the total, cc17996
represents 71%, and cc17997 represents 7% of the total. Values for individual ranges at the category code
level were developed and weighted in accordance with the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
,181.77/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC
8712 Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was
based upon Army catcodes 17995, 17996 and 17997. Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17995 represents
22% of the total, cc17996 represents 71%, and cc17997 represents 7% of the total. Values for individual
