FAC is composed of a multiple category codes. CCF was based upon Army catcodes 17881 and 17882.
Per the Army's inventory, catcode 17881 represents 45% of the total, and cc17882 represents 55% of the
total. Values for individual ranges at the category code level were developed and weighted in accordance
with the above percentages.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
.15/FP, based on RS Means data and Source 1 SCFs developed for other FACs (i.e. FAC 8712
Retaining Structure), and using the components listed in the USACE standard drawings. SCF was based
upon FAC 1771.
