Construction Cost Factor (CCF)
8.20/SF, based on data provided from the Navy, inflated to FY04 $ using a inflation factor of
1.48. This FAC is comprised of 4 distinctly different catcodes: Radiographic Inspection Bldgs; Vertical
Missile Packaging Bldg; Missile Assembly Bldg; and Re-Entry Body Complex Facility. A weighted value
for the CCF was derived based on data submitted by the Navy.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
.37/SF, using the Whitestone MARS and a component list developed for each of the 4 different
facilities in the FAC. Separate values were calculated and then a weighted value determined for the FAC
SCF.
