Service's reported inventory of the various category codes in this FAC. Service category code descriptions
in this FAC predominately use the terms "POV wash rack", "wash rack, detached", etc. A notional EA has
been defined as a paved area 66.6 SY in size with cold water piping and faucets for connecting hoses, and
appropriate drainage. Values were adjusted to FY04$ using the appropriate inflation/deflation factor.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
3.85/EA, based on an analysis of the sustainment values using the Whitestone MARS for the
various components listed for this FAC and adjusted for the overall size of the defined EA. Values are in
