QUANTITY OF DESIGN SUBMITTALS
4.1
General. The documents which the Contractor shall submit to the Government for each
submittal are listed and generally described hereinafter.

5.0
MAILING OF DESIGN SUBMITTALS
5.1
Mail all design submittals to the Government during design and construction, using an
overnight mailing service. The Government will furnish the Contractor addresses where each copy
shall be mailed to after award of the contract. The submittals shall be mailed to four (4) different
addresses.
6.2
Each design submittal shall have a transmittal letter accompanying it indicating the date,
design percentage, type of submittal, list of items submitted, transmittal number and point of contact
with telephone number.
6.0
COORDINATION
6.1
Written Records. The Contractor shall prepare a written record of each design site visit,
meeting, or conference, either telephonic or personal, and furnish within five (5) working days copies
to the Contracting Officer and all parties involved. The written record shall include subject, names of
participants, outline of discussion, and recommendation or conclusions. Number each written record
for the particular project under design in consecutive order.
6.2
Design Needs List. Throughout the life of his contract the Contractor shall furnish the COR a
monthly "needs" list for design related items. This list shall itemize in an orderly fashion design data
