Construction Cost Factor (CCF)
7.60/SF, based on USACE data. This is a new FAC this version of the FPG and sufficient data
has not been collected to date. In the interim, a notional facility of 25,000 SF with 200 LF of railroad track
(2 lanes of 100 LF each) going into the facility. Costs were based on USACE data for a Vehicle
Maintenance Facility and Railroad Trackage.
Sustainment Cost Factor (SCF)
.45/SF, the sustainment factor was calculated using a ratio from FAC 2181 (2.19%) as no other
auditable data was available.
